How I handle the details you send me.
Who I am

What I collect
When you use the booking form, call or email, I receive your name, phone number, email address, who the support is for and anything you choose to tell me.
Please leave medical details out of the form. We can talk about anything important on the phone.
How I use it
I use these details to reply to you, to arrange your free chat and, if we agree to work together, to provide the support you have chosen.
My lawful bases are steps taken at your request before an agreement, the agreement itself, and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Who else handles it
Website forms are delivered to my inbox by FormSubmit, which processes the submission on my behalf. My email is hosted by IONOS. I never sell your details or use them for marketing.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted within 12 months. Records of the support I provide are kept only as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask me to correct or delete them, or object to how I use them, by contacting me as above. If you are unhappy with my reply you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
