Coaching for women over 40 and over 60 in Surrey, and the Ultimate Calm experience
Three ways to work with me, each starting with a free 15-minute chat.
Support for women over 60 to live well and feel connected
We start with a 60-minute consultation about what matters to you, then build your wellbeing journey map together.
Alongside the coaching, I signpost you to local groups, services and charities that fit your plan, from bereavement support to community transport.

Coaching for women over 40: a new chapter in your wellbeing
Your forties and fifties can bring changes to sleep, energy, weight and mood, often while work and family need you most.
Together we set realistic goals and build habits that fit your week, so the changes last after we finish.

Both coaching programmes share four pillars:
- Nutrition Eating habits that suit your week, built one swap at a time.
- Sleep Routines that support rest and recovery, evening and morning.
- Activity Enjoyable ways to move more, from walking to gardening or dancing.
- Connections Time with the people and groups that matter to you.
The Ultimate Calm experience, on my vibroacoustic mat
Relax. Restore. Reconnect.
Each 60-minute session costs £120, in the privacy of your home or at a place we agree.
After a short consultation form, we choose your music, and you lie on my Woojer vibroacoustic mat (ad) for 20 to 30 minutes. Its vibrations let you feel the music through your whole body.
Afterwards you come round slowly, as after a meditation, with time to stay in the zone before your day resumes.
Made for professionals who need to switch off, each session is shaped around sleep, relaxation, recovery, mindfulness or body comfort.

How working with me runs, step by stepWhat my support is not
My support is non-medical and non-emergency, so it works alongside your GP and the NHS, never in place of them.
For urgent medical advice, call NHS 111 or contact your GP, and in an emergency call 999.
Not sure which suits you?
Call or email me, and we'll work it out together on your free chat.
